Cancellation requests for the 2013 Traffic Records Forum (TRF) received prior to
October 1, 2013 will receive a full refund. A
$75 penalty will be assessed on all
cancellations postmarked or e-mail dated between
October 2 – October 16, 2013. No refunds
will be made after October 16, 2013.
There are no refunds on ATSIP membership dues.

In the event that the Traffic Records Forum is cancelled (in whole or in part) by the ATSIP, the hosting state due to strikes, acts of God,
national emergency or other causes beyond our control, this agreement shall terminate, and the said registrant shall and does hereby waive any
claim for damages or compensation against the Association agents or employees, except the pro rata return fee paid after deduction of the pro rata
actual expenses incurred by the Association in connection with the Traffic Records Forum. There shall be no further liability on the part of either party.
