Refund Policy
A refund policy for the 2013 Traffic Records Forum in St. Paul, Minnesota has not yet been established.
Cancellation requests for the 2012 Traffic Records Forum (TRF) received prior to 11:59 PM on September 28, 2012 local TRF location time will receive a full refund. A $75 penalty will be assessed on all cancellations postmarked, faxed, or e-mail dated between September 29 – October 17, 2012.
There are no refunds on ATSIP membership dues.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.

How to request a refund?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and mailed, faxed to (615) 532-8136 ATTN: Marty Pollock, or emailed to forum@atsip.org. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.

Can a registration be transferred?
Registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to ATSIP prior to October 18, 2012; after this date, all changes must be made on-site at the forum. Additional charges may apply.
Event Cancellation
In the event that the Traffic Records Forum is cancelled (in whole or in part) by the ATSIP, the hosting state due to strikes, acts of God,
national emergency or other causes beyond our control, this agreement shall terminate, and the said registrant shall and does hereby waive any
claim for damages or compensation against the Association agents or employees, except the pro rata return fee paid after deduction of the pro rata
actual expenses incurred by the Association in connection with the Traffic Records Forum. There shall be no further liability on the part of either party.
