Affiliate Members
Affiliate Members are organizations, not individuals, which support the Association. While Affiliate Member organizations have no direct vote in the Association’s affairs, they are encouraged to participate in the activities of the Association. (Individuals associated with Affiliate Member organizations may be
voting members if they are so qualified and appropriately approved).

The Institute for Traffic Safety Management and Research (ITSMR) is a university-based research center
offering a variety of services to local, state and national agencies and organizations seeking to reduce
motor vehicle crashes, fatalities and injuries.
ITSMR's services in support of these highway safety effors include research studies, evaluations of programmatic
and legislative iniatives, consultation on public policy issues and a wide range of technical and analytical services.
