Constitution Committee

The Constitution Committee is responsible for the maintenance of ATSIP’s governing documents, the Constitution and the Articles of Incorporation. The Committee drafts amendments to the documents as needed for approval by the Board, and drafts the necessary ballot language to put amendments to a vote of the membership. The committee also assists the Board in meeting the requirements of those documents.

Ralph Zimmer and Jim Davis are both co-chairman for this committee.
